Automotive air filter injection molds are mainly used to manufacture engine air filter housings, filter supports, intake pipe connectors, and other plastic components used in automotive air filtration systems. Since automotive engine compartments operate under high temperatures and complex working conditions, air filter products must provide excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, sealing performance, and dimensional stability. This requires high-precision mold manufacturing and advanced injection molding technology.

During the mold development process, QINGDAO HOPE MOULD uses advanced CAD, CAE, and CAM systems for product structure analysis and mold flow simulation. We optimize gate locations, wall thickness distribution, cooling channels, and ejection systems in advance to reduce risks such as warpage, shrinkage, weld lines, and air traps, while improving product appearance and assembly performance.
